Wow. One of my favorites.
I memorized this poem once;it’s one of my grandfather’s favorite poems (and mine too).
Aside from the fact that he misquoted the last line and undercut the meaning of the poem, it was a nice recitation.
Excellent.
Every man should watch “My Boy Jack,” a manly movie about Kipling and his son (to whom he wrote this poem). It made me cry.
