Rebel Fitness Guide from Nerd Fitness Now Available

Steve Kamb, my buddy, a guy who has done some great guest posts for AoM, and author of one of my favorite fitness blogs, Nerd Fitness, released his Rebel Fitness Guide today. The guide is a series of e-books: a 40 page fitness guide, a 35 page diet guide, a 60 page primer on nutrition and recipes, and 6 separate workout exercise books. Steve promises that the program “breaks down the whole ‘get in shape’ process into simple concepts and digestible pieces so everything is easy to understand and enjoyable to learn, making it FUN to get started.”

I really respect Steve-he’s a great guy who gives straightforward, non-hypey fitness advice unlike a lot of snake oil salesman on the internet. If you’re looking to get yourself in shape, then this might be a good purchase for you.
