You probably did a lot of grilling this holiday weekend. But I bet you didn’t think of cooking a steak on a shovel. But maybe you should! Why would you want to cook a steak on a shovel? Well, it’s fun for backyard parties — give your guests a shovel and a piece of meat and let them cook their own food around a fire pit. Definitely memorable and something they’ll be telling everyone about. There’s also a practical application, too. If you’re ever in survival situation, you can always use a folding camping shovel as a field expedient frying pan.
