Josiah did write a poem entitled "God, give us men", however, he did not write this poem shown on AOM entitled "Give Us Men." A google search of the first 4 lines of this poem will bring you to a pdf of a newspaper from November of 1910 (vol IX, #2). The Honolulu Times printed the poem that you have listed above in it's entirety and it's attributed to the Bishop of Exeter (which would have been Archibald Robertson in 1910). I've found the poem attributed to the Bishop of Exeter printed on a postcard at "http://beck.library.emory.edu/greatwar/postcards/view.php?id=give_us_men" It's also listed and attributed to the Bishop, in the very manly book entitled "The Spirit of Democracy".
