Toilet was clogged all day; plunged to no avail. Was getting very nervous about possible plumber bills, but a gallon of hot tap water, a few squirts of dish soap and 3 or 4 plunges cleared it right out! My Dad never taught me about the soap and hot water method, but I'm sure going to tell him about it. Thank you for posting this info! Here’s one more VERY relieved reader!
