Thanks for the shout out! Look forward to the book (as i know how writing goes…still trying to put the finishing touches on mine also). Just a heads up…I think you meant to write the link above as “are diet sodas making you GAIN weight”….wouldn’t be too interesting if it was “lose” weight all the time.
