		<description>I think bodyweight exercises are great for improving muscle endurance, strength and stamina. Many martial artists and MMA fighters swear by these sorts of routines as part of their workouts. The only concern I have is with the spine stretching exercise, ballistic type movements such as these have been shown to do more harm then good especially with inexperienced exercisers so should be avoided.</description>
